Our mission is to animate research activities within the laboratory while coordinating individual and collective work within the chairs and with doctoral students.
Our research specificity is linked to the intrinsic activity of IAE Paris-Sorbonne which is oriented towards continuing education and apprenticeship. In close contact with the socio-economic world, our vocation is to produce quality research relevant to companies and all other forms of organizations.
We thus have one foot firmly anchored in the world of organizations and the other in the academic world which consists in producing actionable knowledge.
We also help companies take ownership of new knowledge and research results during exchanges, breakfasts, conferences or round tables so that they can subsequently put them into practice within their organizations.
